Move, create, and express yourself through the art of contemporary dance with longtime dancer Juana. This inspiring enrichment class invites students to explore movement in a welcoming and supportive studio environment where creativity and confidence take center stage.
Drawing on years of dance experience, Juana guides students through the foundations of contemporary dance, blending elements of modern dance, ballet, and creative movement. Each class features engaging warm-ups, technique exercises, improvisation, and expressive choreography that help children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and body awareness.
Each class will go from the week of September 14th until the week of December 18th. We offer pickup from PS84 and PS132 everyday at 2:30pm. The classes run from 4-5pm, with pickup at 5pm. We also offer extended days until 6pm at an additional cost.
